The diameter is a tad smaller that advertised, this is a pain as it was to be support pins but they are loose.Length is good but there re splintering (not a problem in my case)

Plugged holes well
Used for window sill repairs drilled sill and filled around with expanding foam then plugged holes with dowels sanded and painted this was a good solution to stop mold forming around windows due to temperature differences
