I got this speaker because Ben Sasso recommended it for playing music during photoshoots. While it is more convenient than my other bluetooth speaker, since I can clip this to my camera backpack and listen to music as we move around, it's just not very loud. Even at full volume, it can be difficult to hear clearly over the sound of wind or traffic. And the buttons keep giving me trouble since they're all hidden under the same material. Sometimes they don't click, other times multiple ones get clicked. Meaning that just setting the thing up could take a minute or two.Also I don't like that it uses a proprietary power cable, which is very easy to loose. All my other bluetooth speakers use the same USB as my phone, which is much more convenient to swap around.If you just need a cheap bluetooth speaker to attach to yourself and listen to from a couple feet away, this will get the job done, but if you need anything more, I'd say look elsewhere.

We bought this speaker for the bathroom/shower and were hoping to use it for when we went to the lake or hiking. It was pretty simple to operate and the buttons work well. The speaker itself is a bit sub-par for the price and has a fair amount of trouble on louder settings (crackling, ect), but its not terrible.The main reasoning behind my 2 star review is the battery life. I find, at best, I get about 45 minutes of battery life if I dont use the mic function (which works great btw). I really expected the battery life to be a bit longer as we have seen in other bluetooth speakers (one of which was ten bucks cheaper from walmart) last usually 1.5hr - 3hr. I suppose 45 minutes is fine for a shower and morning prep as long as you charge it before and after the shower, as holding a charge isn't its strong point either.Overall, the sound quality of the speaker is fine, the waterproof feature is great, and the buttons function wonderfully. I would rate this probably a four star or five star (maybe five b/c the waterproof part) if it weren't for the low battery life.

Having had this and used this for a few months I mostly like it. It has great sound and is loud enough to hear over the sound of the shower and if it's a softer song you can turn the volume up louder. The drawback to this speaker is the battery life especially if you turn the volume up. Be prepared to charge it weekly! I had a different one and was used to charging it once a month. I've gotten used to charging this one more often but still a big drawback in my book.

As far as being waterproof, it seems to do that just fine. Everything else has some issues. It seems to take an extraordinarily long time to connect to my phone, sometimes I have to disconnect and reconnect over and over for it to work. I use several bluetooth speakers and this is the only one that seems to have this problem. Battery life also seems pretty weak. I only use this speaker in the shower and I can take maybe 3 to 4 ten minute showers before the battery needs recharging. NEW SUBMISSION: now i'm lucky if I can get a ten minute sower in without the battery dying, if I leave it plugged in Im good, but that kind of defeats the purpose of having it in the shower.

sorry, but never took a charge,never turned on,never worked.i can read very well and followed the vague instructions that doesn't specify what button to touch to start pairing,not that ANY of the buttons did anything, tried all of them.Prob' would've had better luck if it charged but didn't do anything while plugged in as wellI hope you can exchange it for one that's been tested and works or refund me and more specific instructions would be helpful.thank you though for asking.THIS COMPANY HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE BAR NONEThey CALLED and apoligized for the problem,and without problem or hesitation replaced the problem speaker with a new oneThank you very much

I bought this speaker back in June of 2016 and haven't used it but a handful of times. I have only used it inside my house so it really hasn't gotten any wear or tear from usage. It randomly started making a weird sound and I can't ever get it to shut off. Waist of money. :(

This gadget is poorly constructed. The "Instructions" are a joke (unintelligible). I can't tell what each button is supposed to do, plus, I can't tell where each button is physically located and whether I already pressed on it or I didn't. Of course, I pressed them all in order to try to figure out how it's supposed to work, but no luck with that. I returned it.

Now I can sing with the stars in my shower. When in your shower this really does best. Once you take it outside it just doesnt get loud enough for me.
