Great for any gun person

The lite oil is great for ball bearing knives and slip joints. Quickly penetrates the joints. Pricey but a great product.

Used just a tiny bit on a folding knife and OTF and they have a much smoother action now. Great oil.

Product works great, especially in tight spots

I had a knife that was just OK, cool design but the flip was never quite right. After cleaning, using this lube, and properly adjusting the screws, it has become a much better operating knife. I'm not saying this oil was the only solution to the opening problem but this product has the perfect viscosity for any knife you'd like to open easily with one hand. It is just right and that includes the thicker lube needed for the detent. There's more friction on the detent and you want the lube to stay in place over a temperature range and this thicker formula is perfect for that application.Of course, if all this sounds like a bunch of 1st world hooey, or you're one of those people that don't consider sharpening your knives, that's fine too. Just use the 3-in-oil your grandpappy used. It's a lubricant as well.

It really seems to be different as far as oil goes.

KPL is a great knife oil. It is literally recommended by everyone I watch for knife content. I love the results.

KPL…..MUST I SAY MORE?? I have been using KPL since it was first introduced. Threw all other similar products in the trash. KPL ultralight is used on all my multi-blade knives. ie: case, leatherman, Swiss army, buck. These aren’t disassembled for cleaning! Hot water and Dawn dish soap easily remove KPL ultralight. It quickly finds the nooks and crannies in pivot points once reapplied after cleaning and drying. The no mess needle applicator is a must have. Thanks KPL, you have another lifetime customer.
