Gioberti Men's Heavyweight Sherpa Lined Fleece Hoodie Jacket

Best one available for the price!! The lining was NOT that cheap natty stuff, but a smooth soft pliable and THICK material that almost has a fur-like soft feel to it. Inside of arms are LINED with smooth fabric so you can get your arms in/out easily - AND insulated, which is what you want if you live where it gets COLD. The zipper seems strong and I've had no problems with it.I'm 6'1" and 300# pounds with a tummy, and long arms --- and the 4X was PERFECT!! The arms were plenty long and maybe just a tad TOO long, but I'd MUCH rather that than too short!!! No tendency to pull up when bending arms which I want.The 3X I could get on but it was more snug than I like my winter outer-ware to be but it did contain my tummy. The 5X which I tried, was GIANT!!! Way too big for me, too LONG for me including arms - but great for guys say, 6'3 or more with a tall torso" and maybe 350# or so just for a loose reference for you prospective buyers.Or the 5X for 6 foot ish guys that are REALLY chubby, but expect it to be too long in the torso and the arms too long too if you are just trying to get something your tummy can fit in. But hard as that is to find in an AFFORDABLE BIG zippered hoodie for the big eaters, you'll still be happy given the low price of these. The Big Guy stores online are waaaaaaay too high on these, and I bet these are the same or better than theirs. They did not pay me for this. I'm just thrilled I found something so nice for a BIG guy - and you other big guys know what I'm talking about. It's hard to dress us with decent winter wear.Seems almost all big man stuff runs small when you get it home, but NOT THESE!

Just received the jacket/hoodie. It is what I expected. Warm fleece inside. The sleeves are not fleece lined. I think they could have invested a bit more on the zipper. It is a metal zipper, just seems like it will be the first to go. I'm 5 foot 6 inch 125 pound male and ordered a large. It fits perfectly. The pictures of the jacket with the sleeves inside out to show the lining still as comfortable as can be.

I originally purchased one sweatshirt in black to wear for work, once I received it I loved the way it looked and how warm and soft the fleece material felt. I immediately purchased a second one in dark blue to use around the house. Unfortunately two weeks after receiving the black sweatshirt I noticed fabric pills on the sweatshirt mainly on the arms after a few days they were also on the pockets as well as the back of the sweatshirt. I was extremely disappointed and was hoping that it was just a fluke, but a few days later I noticed the same thing happening to my blue sweatshirt. I did give the sweatshirts to stars because even though both sweatshirts had fabric pills they are very well constructed and as I said earlier the fleece is soft and warm. Next time I will not be so quick to purchase a second product until I have tested the first product out for longer than a day or two. I wish I would have read the reviews first. Very disappointed...the sleeves have pilled terribly and I've only had it a month...with very little wear.

The hood and body of the hoodie is Sherpa lined but not the sleeves. Not a nice feeling when it's cold and you go to put it on and your arms are greeted by cold polyester lining. I have worn this many times since the original purchase November 2019 and already the inner arms are pilling (see picture). I gave this 3 stars because while it is absolutely warm. I can't wear this hoodie for anything other than errands or being at home. The fabric pilling makes it unattractive to wear otherwise.

This is a great jacket for staying warm. The Sherpa lining is super thick, and the sleeves have a nylon lining that is also very warming. The grey jacket also has a cool look. The only initial downside was that it wasn't wind resistant (easily solved by wearing it under another jacket).After less than a month (and no washing) the outside sleeves of my jacket, however, were already pilling. I suspect this jacket won't make it a year before I have to toss it.That's a shame. Slightly higher quality exterior material could have avoided that problem.

I have purchased two of these hoodies now, very much the best I ever owned. I own similar jackets that cost less (from Germany) but I can honestly say that the workmanship and the quality of the lining is superior and there is no smell or pilling or whatsoever. I just wished I had known about these jackets earlier.

UPDATE BELOWI was so excited to get this jacket!For wearing this indoors, is actually very warm, due to the inner material.The outer material of the jacket is NOT very good quality and this got delivered to me February 1st 2020 and I wore it everyday last week to work ,with a long sleeve shirt underneath and stayed very warm. However the outside of the jacket sleeves are covered in "pills" which shows the material is just not very good quality, and I suspect in a short time the jacket will begin to rip.(If it wasn't for this obvious wear, I would send it back for a refund ,but will have to just learn my lesson this time !)FYI I HAVE A DESK JOB AT A CALL CENTER AND MOST I DO IN A DAY IS TALK ON PHONE ALOT AND TYPE ALOT!Nothing that should cause this excessive wear evidence after 5 days of wearing the jacket. I had hopes this jacket would last me for a few winters. This is not the case. I will have to buy another one next winter. Thank goodness it was a very short winter this year!UPDATED 02-24-2020I ADDED ONE more start to this rating due to wearing this jacket a week or so ago while temps were almost freezing and it was raining.I walked from my car into the store and was worried as I got wet, I was now going to get sick, due to temps while being wet. I was able to do my shopping and never felt cold or got chills and never even noticed the jacket was wet. I am still annoyed at the way the outer fabric has "pills" all over it from minimal wear. However the fact that it is a very warm jacket needed to be mentioned. It is vey soft and I just wish outer material was a bit tougher.

He puts it on every day when he feels cold and loves it. The only thing is that he seems to have some trouble getting it zipped up ... but I am noticing that after a while it gets easier. Inside the sleeves are made of a silky material so if you have on another sweater it just slips right on ... Great purchase ...

Unfortunately, the sleeves are a sticky, smooth polyester/nylon like material. This makes sense for coats and jackets, where you're going to be wearing a long sleeve shirt, but it's a hoodie where you would wear a t-shirt. It fits nice, looks nice, and is very thick, but the sleeves are a deal breaker.

Fits well comfy, nice colour. No risk on buying this. I had to return my first purchase, bought a size too small. Easy return, no hassles. Bought a medium for a 5’9” 17 year old fit perfect. All good here

Es muy cómodo y calentito, perfecto para esta temporada de frío si no quieres andar tapado hasta los dientes y si sí quieres, pues también. Es un poco pesado, eso sí, tal y como el título del producto dice, pero eso es justo lo que yo buscaba, incluso lo compré XL porque quería algo grande y bien abrigado. Totalmente recomendado.

BRRR! Since this hoodie is meant to keep people warm, I'm very surprised they put a cold satin lining inside the arms. Overall the quality is OK but you will need to buy and sew some warm fleece material to line the arms to make it wearable.
