Very Tasty

It was a little pricey but it was organic. It is not shredded but grated which is like the Mounds candy that I made. So much better than the shredded, sweetened coconut I used before which was exceedingly sweet! Texture was perfect for shaping.

For years I have not been able to eat coconut, I thought due to just being sensitive or not being able to find organic. Well found organic, and I am allergic, so my daughter was very happy. It is good quality and good price point, she will enjoy.
