Rechargeable Portable Heat Pad/Pack Soft Red

Love this. It arrived quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised to find what looks to be a homemade handmuff also included for free. It's very warm and comfortable! Thank you.I tried the heating pad immediately after it arrived, opening the box, reading the directions, and plugging it in. There was a nice card included explaining how the product works along with some info on the seller, who seems to be a kind man with a small business. It heated up in under 10 minutes and it got very warm. It was perfect and I can still feel heat 3 hours later. I'm deducting a star for two reasons. The plug is difficult to unplug, it sticks. Maybe it's just my particular unit, I don't know. But for a minute I was afraid it wasn't going to unplug. The second reason is that it is a little on the heavy side. I imagine it's due to the heating coil inside. It's not overly heavy; it's still portable. It's just a little heavier than a normal heating pad. But mostly the plug issue, which is fine now. I haven't tried it a second time as of yet and if anything changes, I will update the review.But I anticipate a positive experience, and the experience with the seller was stellar. Thanks. I'm getting one for a family member.

I love this product. I prefer using hot water bottles to heating pads, and I'm not sure why. The weight of them, the mobility, maybe it seems like I'm not getting a 'dry' heat as much. Whatever the case, I love hot water bottles.But there are cons to using them - specifically getting it hot enough. Also, trying to make the heat last and trying to clean them... All tedious. And when the rubber bottle is too hot, you need a sweater for it!This eliminated those issues. Amazing, fast heat up, and I can leave the charger right near me. I'll never have to get up and deal with filling up at the sink ever again. Super soft cover for comfort. Seems easy to keep clean on the outside, too.I have used it more than once daily since receiving it. It's a blessing on a cold night. I wish they made smaller ones, and larger ones... And expanded color range. I'd love to give these out as gifts.Edit: Forgot to mention - I love the charging design and how safe/easy it is. Worked right out of the box - and fast!

This portable Heat Pad is much better than the one I had (CHP-205 also sold by Amazon). It is smaller in size and therefore easier to handle and much lighter. It only takes about 7 minutes to reach full temperature while the other one took close to 14 minutes. The auto shutoff works great. The other one's auto shutoff feature worked for only about 9 months and quit working even though it still heating up the pad (I had to set a timer to remind myself to turn it off after 13 minutes before it blows up on me).The only minor complaint I have with the pad is that it didn't come with a pouch to keep the heat in. If I keep the pad under the blanket the heat would retain for at least 5 hours.

When I first got this product it didn't work. I contact the seller and they immediately rectifying the problem and sent me a replacement. My contact at the company (Will) was so great, informing me that he testing my replacement before sending it out to me to ensure it worked and sending me my tracking number so I could track the order. I was also able to keep my order giving me a backup heating pad.I have been looking for a good heating pad for a while cause of my lower back pain and now being able to have a portable heating pad that I can travel with is GREAT!! Being able to have this in the car with me while I am driving is amazing. This was a great recommendation from a friend of mine who swears by hers.

I like this product because it heats up fast and keeps its warmth for hours. The drawback is the smell. It has a little bit chemical smell for several days and now it seems to fade. It seems that the heat control mechanism controls when to reheat the pouch when it is still warm. So, if it is not reheating whenever you want to; it is not an defect. It is supposed to work that way. So far, I am happy with it.

we bought 2....one has worked very well the other , the white button broke off that covers the fill spot for the device. It now has stopped heating up while plugged in. The company sent some suggestions as to how to go about "fixing it" but I told them that I fear trying their method of repair because of further damage to the device. I asked to send it back for them to look and and fix or replace. They will not do that and it is out beyond the 30 day warranty. Disappointed in the company that touts itself to be proud of their product and their small business ethics.

I originally purchased this to place in my kitty's outdoor bed. It would've been perfect but she didn't seem to like it for some reason. I am extremely cold natured myself and unfortunately our heating unit in the upstairs of our house decided to go out on us! My bedroom is on that level. So I decided at that time that the rechargable heating bottle was going to be MINE! 😀. THAT THING IS FREAKING REMARKABLY AWESOME & I LOVE it❤. I use it to warm up my bed before I climb in. It's so warm and cozy and it STAYS WARM for an incredibly long time! I'm so happy I bought this for my cat! 😊

It’s the best! I went through two back muscle injuries this year and tried everything there is to try out there, including heat packs. This is, hands down, the best one, after weeks and months of consistent use, carrying it around, it looks and works like new. It’s better than microwaveable heat pads (although I like them, too, but they’re hassle in comparison), because you’re not dependent on a microwave and can heat it up anywhere you can find an electric outlet, and the heat lasts longer—it works like a rechargeable battery and stays warm for quite a bit of time.
