Rotel to the Hotel
Newly vegan, I definitely missed Rotel. (Black folk, if you know you know lol) But cheese just messes me up. And I don’t really consume beef anymore even if I wasn’t vegan.I’m what The New Day would call a “baby mouth” a picky eater with the pallet of a 12 year old, so I was a little worried when I saw the gritty texture. But THIS SMACKS!! I don’t know how but I couldn’t even taste the difference!I smoothed it out with a splash of ripple milk and added my favorite vegan meat (lightlife) crumbles!I hate that I was missing the rotel tomatoes I like to add but it was bomb without it.Even tricked a few of my family membersWould purchase again!

Vegan cheeeeeeeez!
I was a vegetarian for over 20 years...just could not give up cheese, even though I know how horrible the dairy industry is. I am not proud of this. This has made me a believer in great vegan cheese sauce. I put it on everything! And it definitely satisfies that craving I used to get. I love this Queso!!!!

The low rating is because Amazon's shipping methods spoiled the product.
I love Siete cashew cheese! Absolutely love it. However, when Amazon packaged this, they broke the seal somehow, and when the product arrived it had gone bad. Sadly, these aren't eligible for return or refund, so I spent $7-$8 and can't recoup that cost.

Very good!
I really enjoy this queso. I eat low carb and this fits the bill. Is it that silky smooth texture you get from melted cheese? No it isn't but it's a decent texture. Does it have a nice cheesy flavor? Yes, it does. The ingredients are clean too. Plus, for 2 Tbsp it's only 35 calories and 1 Net Carb. The only thing I'd change is maybe more spice or make a spicy version of the queso. But overall, the flavor is very good and satisfying.

UPDATED: BUYER BEWARE OF PRICE FLUCTUATIONS!
UPDATE: frustrated because the price continues to fluctuate all over the place and is priced ridiculously high at $16 plus. I love making my Amazon purchases, don’t get me wrong, but on this one I’ll be shopping local where I can buy them for $6-7 and not have to wait on the shipping. Buyers beware of the fluctuations.I purchased 8 of these at $7.99/container (plus $6.99 shipping) from the seller NUTRICITY and had a great experience. While $7.99 is more than the retail price of $5.99, I was able to justify it to compensate for shipping.. which put me paying more like $22.99 for shipping taking all of that into account. They arrived chilled and were packed nicely. Everything arrived in one piece and no shattered glass, which I was a little afraid may happen. On to the product.. This product is perfect for someone with a dairy allergy that is looking for an alternative. Is it real cheese dip? No. But when you been away from dairy anyways, this is a delicious option. I’ve used them with chips, nachos, and tacos. When the price is right, it is worth a try.I will definitely be watching the price in hopes that it will come down and I’ll move forward with another purchase in the future!

This "cashew queso" is delicious.
You know it's not cheese. But if you like rich, creamy sauces, you'll get past that. This "cashew queso" is delicious. Not exactly like cheese, but VERY GOOD.I've enjoyed cashew sauces before, but hadn't tried queso. I tried this as a sauce on some chicken and mushroom stuffed poblanos and it totally made the dish.

Cheesy, thick, and tasty
I LOVE that cheesy nacho dip you can get in any grocery or convenience store here in the US. When quarantine first started, I stocked up on tortilla chips and that cheap nacho cheese dip and consumed it almost daily to soothe my soul. At some point weeks after quarantine as I was munching down on some chips and dip, I decided that I should try and look for a more *fulfilling* dip option as living on that cheap nacho cheese dip was doing quite a number on me. I also usually try to eat more *whole* foods and have been playing with veganism, and I thought it was time to find a less processed, more natural cheese dip option. I found this queso when I was shopping at Whole Foods on Amazon and decided to try it. Best. Quarantine. Decision. It’s thick, tasty, and really cheesy. It obviously doesn’t taste *exactly* like the cheese dip you’ll find in most stores, but I actually prefer the taste of this queso. I feel more nourished, energized and satisfied after eating this as opposed to feeling lethargic and unsatisfied after consuming the cheap cheese dip. If you’re on the fence, definitely give it a go!
