Can you use them on a road bike thanks

Yes you can. I use them with cycle shoes for weekend rides then use the other side with normal trainers to ride to work in the week. I would recommend them.

What cleats are supplied with the pedals?

These pedals come with a set of Shimano SPD (MTB style) cleats.

Can you get spare pins?

Yes try and size them or take one to bike shop they have spares in multi bags im sure usually twenty plus for a couple of quid

Can these be used for a spin bike?

If the spin bikes use standard fitting pedals with a 9/16" size thread they would fit.
