Unfortunately the software was not what I expected and because of seller policies I was not able to return the item or get any kid of credit towards the software I thought I was buying. Lost $184, was not happy.

This item completely useless!! It do not allow you do make any labels! Do not buy unless you already have a regular professional version and need to print from additional computer.

Requires license upgrade for basic functions. No support unless you maintain a software license.Basic program doesn't even support linking data to an excel or CSV file. Paying for the minimum upgrade to add this functionality is still a very feature limited product. Will only support 1 printer. We moved our office and reestabished IP addresses for the network. Program won't let me change to the new printer confirguraion. Not a new printer, just a new printer configuration. It requires a wait 7 days before adding a new printer, but requires I only have one printer, so if I delete the old one I am down for a week. This is not rocket science. Way over priced for what it does. Google should create a free program and put them out of business.

This piece of garbage printer from seagull scientific refused to recognize usb. This has happened before with this printer and after reinstall and uninstall and unplugging and replugging it in it would work after an hour or so. Today I needed to print one label. After an hour of "usb device not recognized" I decided that if my computer doesn't want to recognize this piece of crap, neither do I. So now it's in pieces and in the trash. Where this company belongs with their terrible is the trash. If you buy their products you will not get your money's worth.

We bought a printer and their software. When we needed help with the printer they said our license was too old and sold us a new license before they would help. 11 months later the printer isn't working again and instead of even trying to help us they said we had to contact the printer manufacturer, in China, or the UK. This company does not support what they sell. Stay away.
