Two valves, neither work!
Purchased this to match a sink faucet we liked, was installed professionally, used 2 times then it started a slow drip and within a week of that neither valve works. Fortunately, when the two valves let lose we were home and it was shortly after our fourth use of the filler so we were able to catch it, shut the water supply off preventing a major flooding issue in our home. Imagine if we were not home. This item looks good but is very poor quality and we are sorry we bought this and the matching faucet. Our choice is buy another one so it matches the sink faucet or replace both with quality.... we learned our lesson..

Great Product
This product is made, like the pot fillers that cost $500 - $800 range, with the ceramic discs. It's heavy, solid and made very well. Best feature, it has double shut off. It's beautiful and I love it! It looks exactly like the original one I picked out that was $760.00, so glad I found this one or else it wouldn't have happened in my kitchen reno.

Fantastic
It looks great, works well, but it took more Teflon tape than normal, it kept leaking, then I put on A LOT and it worked, and works great, glad I got it

It leaks
We built a new house and installed a pot filler. I love the way it look and looked fantastic on the wall but it leaks. I have had to replace the sheetrock twice. After the first leak I gave it the benefit of the doubt and reinstalled it. There has been a second leak and more sheet rock damage. I am removing and not replacing with this brand. Very disappointed.

Love it!
We were very happy with the product. The finish is exactly the oil rubbed bronze we wanted. It is a solid piece and feels like good quality. It was easy to install and has had no issues so far! We are just finishing our remodel so haven’t taken a pic yet but it looks great!

Sturdy
This is for the kitchen that we put in it was easy to install looks nice works great as sturdy doesn't feel flimsy doesn't shake when water comes out
