I've used the more moderate ones for couple of years, but these are a step up. The attach nicely and work wonderful. I'm very happy with my purchase. I just received my second set and these came a week early, praise the LORD! I was out completly. These work wonderfully well.

They always need to absorb more urine.The bulkiness is less comfortable when greater absorbency is needed.

I've spent over a year and a half trying to find a product that could handle my incontinence floods, and Total Dry boosters are the answer for me! Before, I was piling three and sometimes four boosters on top of an overnight pad, inside an overnight brief..., and would still leak out the sides, or front or back, on occasion. It was sooo frustrating, and aggravating - not to mention exhausting - from all the changes of clothes, extra laundry, shoes to dry out, plus messes to wipe-up and sanitize. *Hours* were wasted on incontinence care - not to mention the expense! When I first ordered Total Dry, I had no reason to believe these would be any different than other booster pads, but I've been very pleasantly surprised. From the soft feel of the covering, that enclosed a pad whose thickness was designed to absorb the rush of a flood and retain it without leaks, Total Dry has lived up it is name. Since the first day I've used them, I've been totally dry without even one leak! Plus I've only had to use *two* Total Dry boosters on an overnight pad, so there's also a financial savings. Of course, the biggest and best reasons I'll continue using Total Dry are that I have my confidence and sanity back, and the freedom to resume my life again!

The pads are thin and fit well inside a pull-up. They do not absorb nearly as much as staffed in the ad.

Works well at night and also daytime. It is bulky but because they are supremely absorbent.

Absorbency absolutely

This is an excellent product! The pads hold so much liquid and prevents any leakage. My mom uses these inside her pull-up and they are amazing!
