I would give 6 stars if I could. I was having no SOS and No warning tone errors in my e92 m3 so I ordered this loop to try to diagnose the issue. When the loop arrives it comes with a card offering assistance via Amazon messages or Instagram DM. I reached out to Mods and Projects (the seller) and they were incredibly helpful in diagnosing the issue. They offered step by step guidance and together we were able to find the bad module. When you order from this seller you are getting more than just the part, you are also getting the support and help in diagnosis. I’ve saved hundreds of dollars in diagnosis time by sorting this out with the sellers help vs going to a shop.

Seriously, fixed this common problem. Took 10 mins. And since it's a common problem I didn't bother doing detailed troubleshooting, just tried this cable and it fixed it.For reference, in the 2008 e92 m3 the defective satelite radio module is not labeled as such. Its the one on the left hand (drivers) side in the back of the trunk. There is another module on the far left hand "shelf" that says "tuner" and is less accessible, i thought that might be the problem but it wasn't (at least for me)

I don't know if it was just my car but the product didn't work for me so I can't really write a bad review. My radio keeps going on and off by itself. I watched videos and thought this would solve the problem but it didn't.

If your reading this you have done extensive research on how to get your audio system going in your bmw. I have a 2008 BMW 750li. The satellite unit when bad causing the whole "I" drive system to go down. The system operates via fiber optic cable. this loop bypasses the bad unit thereby give you audio again.The loop takes 10 seconds to install but to get to that point takes 10 mins. You must pry the inside trunk panel on the driver side to expose the satellite unit. have a small zip tie ready to secure the loop in place to the original fiber loop.While your in there take a pic of the Bluetooth module if your car is equipped with one. you will need that to pair your phone to the car. This unite works!!

Worked immediately. 3min install after clearing out the trunk. Highly recommend!
