Ok here’s the deal with these..when I first received them I was not expecting the quality I got with these bands. I was thinking something flimsier but these are well made they are sturdy and I wasn’t even going to review these bands but they impressed me so much I decided to . I liked the quality but before I wrote the review I wanted to use them to see if they worked just as well as the quality.. I used for a week and was very impressed.. I’ve lost a lot of muscle due to my lupus,and RA,and fibromyalgia so I got these in anticipation to gain some muscle back. These worked very well and as the picture shows they are three different lengths so they target different areas. Finally a great resistance band . Thumbs up from me..

Comes with ebook and 30 Day Challenge
These fitness bands are great for hip and glute strengthening, I haven't figured out how to use them with arms or chest as the title suggests, but I believe they are made for the lower half of your body.Pros: 1- You get an awesome 30 day Challenge ebook. It's downloadable, so you don't have extra clutter around the house. The ebook, not only gives you a calendar of challenges for each day, it also explains how to do he exercises listed in the calendar. The end of the ebook explains the importance of these exercises and muscles strengthening with the hip bands.2.) The hip bands are non- slip, so they stay in place.3. ) There are three sizes. I am of the smaller frame. I have never used hip bands before, so I wanted to start with the biggest band to ease myself into the exercises. After trying all three sizes, I prefer the smallest. It seemed to fit my build best. The three sizes are an advantage because they can be used by multiple people who are different sizes. You could essentially work out together, but only have to purchase one kit.4.) The colors are fun. They just seem to make you want to put the bands on and get to working those glutes.5.) It comes with a bag to keep the bands in when you are not using them.Cons-I really only noticed one con. The resistance on the bands was not as tight as I would have liked. I tried all three bands on my thighs, and didn't feel much difference in resistance between bands. That is why I really think they are three different sizes for different builds and not three different resistance levels.

THE BEST PRODUCT ON THE MARKET !!!
Hey Everyone- I am a runner and have to keep gluts, hamstrings and calves in shape to go long distance. I have gone through so many resistance bands- I use them often in many forms of exercise and they constantly snap and stretch out of shape and typically don't last more than three months- However, these bands are of the very best quality and perform perfectly for the exercises I need to do. They will last for many years, they don't roll up your leg and the moment you receive them, you will know you got the best product on the market. You can SEE the quality. Everyone in the gym asks "where did you get those bands, they are amazing" So I highly recommend you quit looking around and just order these- there are cheaper ones on the market, but you will only be ordering them again in a few months- so just get the BEST ones, and you will be good to go for many happy years of strength training.

These don’t move!
I’ve used these bands for leg workouts. They are much better than the smaller plastic bands that are sold. The bands didn’t roll up or move at all. By the end of my workout, I was pretty sweaty but the bands stayed in place.The different strengths of the bands are based on the size of the band. The largest is the easiest and the smallest is the hardest; however, the size of your leg is going to play a big part in that.I was impressed that I didn’t have to mess with the band my entire workout. I was wearing shorts, not pants, and it didn’t roll, slide or pinch. Awesome!! Get workout!

great beginner band set
as an avid gym goer- weight lifter- I was looking for some versatile bands. I found the green- easy band to be useless for my needs. I can use the middle -yellow band but really find the red- highest intensity band to be the only truly functional 1 for my needs. I am hoping it holds up over time. I dont regret getting them but am considering getting another high intensity band down the road. If you are new to lifting or dont lift very heavy these will be fine for you. the color coding is helpful in knowing exactly which band is which. like other reviewer- they do need time to air out.

Omg I love it !!
So I got this item last week. And I love it I work out with my friend D and we loved the bands. They help us understand what area we need to focus on and I can feel the effect I put into it. Sometime when I work out I don't feel like it's working. But when I used these bands it felt like it was working. I couple of my co-workers have bands like these and I didn't even know. So now I have new workout buddies. I enjoy this item and I hope other will too^^

PERFECT!
These bands DON'T slip, they DON'T ROLL UP, and they DON'T make that annoying rubbery stretch noise! They are quiet and easy to carry with you! I bring then to my job and while the kids sleep I use them. They are my FAVORITE bands I have ever used! They don't pull your skin or hair (if you have hairy legs). You can use them for a TON of workouts. I follow Diana Ruiz Fitness on instagram and she has so many workouts with leg bands (she is the reason why I wanted fabric leg bands). Hers always get sold out super quick so I looked on here and I came across these. I didn't expect them to be good and was already ready to return them if I had to, but I fell in love with them!! I literally take them everywhere lol. I have thick thys so the smallest one is a hard workout for me. The easy one is a perfect start. I love to try and work towards the hardest one! Hope to see more from this seller, ankle and wrist weights maybe? Everyone should have these!

Good range of strengths; enjoyable fabric; useful rubber lining
I have used several other bands before, but I prefer using these.These bands have a fully cloth feel on one side for times when some slippage is acceptable for the exercise. The other side has two strips of rubber that give a small amount of slip-resistance, which is perfect. Fully rubber bands tend to be far too sticky, resulting in ripped hairs or other usage issues. These are functional and COMFORTABLE. Good for travel.
