The squeeze bottle is easy to use and effective. The buffered saline solution is non-irritating and affects real change in nasal passages compromised by dry winter air. Highly recommend it. I have noticed big changes with the very first use.

Drain those sinuses and clean out the dirt with this bottle. Im afraid to clean it wrong so i throw it away after 1 use though.

This product is great when you have a cold or any excessive mucous as it helps to rinse and clean out the nasal passages. Recently my spouse needed sinus surgery and right there in the middle of the post operative instructions the recommendation is given to use this product. It has alleviated her nasal congestion and it is so easy to use that we would recommend it without reservation.

I've been using this device for years and it is head and shoulders above the old Nettie pots! Much easier to use, much simplier to clean!
