Timberland PRO Men's Powertrain Alloy Toe ESD Industrial Shoe

I absolutely love these shoes. Alloy toe, lightweight, breathable, ESD, stylish, and oh so comfortable. I've had these for 19 months of about 10k steps for 6 days a week. That's 5 million steps and they're just as comfortable as day one.That said I think I've neared the end of their life. A chunk of the sole has decided to disband, I can't be sure it's not due to stepping on clutter. Notice in the picture the support column portion is still steady. I've had 0 of the sole cracking issues others in here have had. I have to slip these on and off from 2 to 10 times a day so it's obviously worn in the heel area and that's why I've decided to go ahead and order another pair. Unfortunately my size is out of stock so I've decided to purchase the powertrain SPORT edition of this shoe (albeit not available in blue).I work 10-14 hour days in these shoes on hard hangar floors. They stay out of the elements for the most part aside from the rare hydraulic slick. My feet and toes have never once complained, my footing never slipped.TL;DR19 months later the outer sole lost a chunk and my repeated slip on/off routine has worn the inner heels but I don't care! Give me another pair and my feet will be happy another 2 years.

My second pair i have purchased. First pair lasted two years Very comfortable. I work in a warehouse that i stand up most of the day and walking a lot the products that i handle are grease and dirty . The warehouse is Very cold during winter and hot during summer no problem with these shoes , i have bought many safety shoes because they are required were i work. Most were uncomfortable or wore out quickly. If you need comfort look no further, if you need reliable look no further. The toe area has ample room for comfort one of the best feature of shoe. I wear my regular socks with these. The shoes are the closes thing to a regular shoe feel. The bottom sole is solid first pair had very little wear. They are made true to your shoe size no need for larger size up. Three guys that i know were these were i work . and they all agree these are comfortable. i always rely on people reviews before purchases. My review is a thumbs up. i highly recommend. i' m glad i found these shoes they also help with ease some of the physical issues i was having with my hips and back .

I have never written a review before but I have always meant too for these shoes. I've had these shoes for almost a year and it reminded me that I wanted to write a review as I am back here buying the exact same pair. I work in a factory on my feet 9 - 10 hours a day. I wanted lightweight and comfort. I have tried every shoe imaginable and these were the first to fit the billing. They are extremely lightweight and that foam cushion you see on the bottom is like walking on a cloud. They are also the first pair of work shoes I have bought that i didn't have to add insoles too. These shoes are turning up all over the factory and I've heard nothing but positive feedback from everyone I've asked. I'm buying another pair. Timberland for life!

13 Dec 2016. Very comfortable. The steel toe is what you'd expect for the safety ratings the shoe meets. The laces are of good quality too. These may just be the best pair of boots I've ever owned. (Unless I need ankle protection, which these obviously won't help with)23 March 2017. The soles of the boots have worn down and the rubber has broken off I'm chunks. They are no longer comfortable and now bring pain to my feet when used for a few hours. Looking forward to buying new boots now that last longer than the year.

Fast shipping great product. Super light for " steel toes). Fit was a tad bit bigger then normal tennis shoes but then again I wear no-show socks (Nike-dry fit) so maybe with thicker socks shoe would fit a tad tighter. Great work shoe overall. Only time will tell how it holds up in the machine shop environment ( stepping on metal shavings all day)

I all ready have a pair of these shoes that I bought at a store, so I knew the size would be right. Otherwise I never buy shoes online since sizes vary from brand to brand. This particular shoe fits my foot great, I like the overall design, fit and performance of this shoe. I hope they keep making it for a while so that when these wear out I can replace them.

I am writing this review because I was looking for a lightweight comfortable shoe, and this is just that. I wear these even when I don't have to go to work, but when I'm at work I am on my feet for 12 hours a day and these hold up. My only recommendation is to get a half size or one size bigger for your feet because they aren't as wide as some shoes. But overall a must have if you need a safety shoe!!! Most comfortable shoe I have ever worn.

Do not change out the original sole inserts I replaced the O.E. inserts with Timberland anti fatigue inserts and the ESD grounding stopped working until I put the O.E. inserts back in.
