Amazingly Relaxaing
It only has six tracks - but small is mighty! A couple of shorter tracks are great and really effective if you don't have a lot of time but need to relax -- and the longer ones are great for older kids/adults well. Love, love love this CD! It's a great addition to the book by the same author :)
