Product is fine, however description is incorrect. The depth of this product is 3/8" not 1/2".

Takes up the required space like a spacer should
It is a spacer and it fulfills that definition well. It was a little bit larger than I needed not fitting the radio snugly, but there are probably some radios that are slightly larger than others. It still worked fine.

Needed this for my 1.5 inch faceplate.
I bought a single din touchscreen radio that had a 1.5 inch faceplate that wouldn't sit plush because of upper lip on console, remedied this with the spacer that brought forward the unit a bit.
