Writing a review after using consistently for 13 months (f22, 3x a week, when I shampoo my hair.) Back in 2019, I went through hormonal changes while living in China, and the pollution combined with the body changes caused me to experience hair loss, shedding, and the absolute destruction of my hair from root to tip. I was deep conditioning, trying all kinds of oils, I tried cutting off as much of my hair as I could, and nothing worked to heal my fragile hair. I got this oil and the Olaplex bond smoother product on the recommendation of my hairstylist, and from the first application (3 pumps to my palm, spread through the lower 3/4 of my hair when damp, followed by a tiny bit of Olaplex on my ends only) it smoothed frizz in a way I did not see with any other product. I kept using it, and one year on, my hair has healed back to its original softness, is growing again, and I've been able to switch back to just typical Garnier shampoo. It is expensive for one bottle - but I bought one bottle in June of last year, have used every other day since, and I still have about a quarter left. Would buy again, will buy again, and highly recommend. Smells really really good also!

Works good , careful when spraying on hair, slippery if some spray gets on floor

My salon used this product on my hair about 2 to 4 months ago and what caught my attention was the wonderful fragrance of it. I love the smell of it! I had to buy it! I use it to smooth out my wavy to curly hair after straightening it and it's awesome. I use one squirt because it goes a long way. It's a bit greasy so I suggest only using it on the ends especially if u have thin hair like me. This product is a new staple in my hair care routine.

My daily routine is to mix a couple pumps of this with a squeeze of Aveda’s Botanical Repair. The combination hydrates my wavy hair and helps battle fly aways. Non-greasy, doesn’t weigh down hair. Leaves hair feeling super touchable and soft.

It has been years at this point trying to find something to help with my hair frizzing - and I finally found it! This serum is AMAZING! I use it on 80% towel & air dried hair and after using a heat protectant spray, then I finish with blow drying. It helps my hair almost looks normal now! And a plus it leaves my hair softer too. I didn’t have any luck with their shampoo and conditioner, but this after wash serum has made more than a dent to the frizz. If you struggle to tame the frizz, give this a try!

If you used this when it was in the dull gold bottle and loved it back then, you’ll probably hate this new stuff. The old formula smelled so freaking good and it sat much better in my really long, thin hair than this does. I can’t stand the scent of the new formula.My hair is really porous and susceptible to frizz in the humidity, and this new formula does absolutely nothing for my frizz while somehow weighing it down. The old formula kept my hair looking amazing even in the extremely hot, humid climate of Oklahoma. I am really disappointed.
