Great cookware! Very sturdy construction. The hot spot indicator on the handle let's you know that the pan is hot. When using these pans, or any non-stick cookware, you should never cook on extremely high temperature and you should always use silicone utensils. Do not ever expose a hot pan to water to try to cool it; that will damage the non-stick coating and ruin the oan's effectiveness! Always let the pan cool completely on the stove before washing. Hand washing is best. Your cookware will last a long time!

La mejor compra que he hecho en calidad/precio. Para empezar, estos sartenes los he visto en tiendas departamentales como Liverpool y Palacio de Hierro y cada uno en lo individual llegan a costar entre $1000 y cerca de los $2000 pesos mexicanos.Yo ya conocía la marca porque alguna vez los llegó a vender Wal Mart de Estados Unidos.Ahora me los reencontré en México y son lo mejor. Son super resistentes, tienen un indicador de calor cuando la temperatura está lista, no se les pega nada y son super fáciles de limpiar.Por ejemplo, me gusta cocinar mucho hot cakes y los preparo en estos sartenes. La mantequilla no se quema, los hot cakes tienen un cocimiento homogéneo.

These pans are simply fantastic! Nothing sticks, not even eggs. And they are by far the easiest pans to clean ever. I've bought sets for my entire family.

Excelentes sartenes! Los compramos hace un mes, los usamos diario y siguen como el primer día, nada se les pega, excelente nivel de antiadherencia. Puedes cocinar los huevos estrellados perfectos en estos sartenes.Altamente recomendables.

I bought an 8 inch Bellerini pan as part of a silent auction package at a fund-raiser. I was impressed by the ease of cooking with it, showing superior non-stick qualities with all types of food. The flat, forged bottom works well on our glass cook-top to conduct heat quickly and efficiently. Plus, the coloured dot is helpful in regulating cooking temperature to avoid burning or over-cooking. Our white Lagostina pans were becoming increasingly problematic with food sticking and burning. So, I decided to replace them all with these three from Bellerini. So far, I am delighted, since they offer the same performance as the first pan. I hope they continue to work as well for many years as they have during these early days. I highly recommend these pans.
