My dogs already take supplements for hips and joints but I thought the treats would also be helpful. They love the jerky and hopefully it gives them more supplements as stated on the product too.

These are not really jerky treats. WAY too hard to be called jerky, but they did keep our massive shepherd moving when Nudge's were out of their treats. The glucosamine is amazing for larger animals and can keep them moving longer than anything. Too bad, they don't make this type of edible food/treats for humans!!!

I have an elderly 3.5 lb Papillon that could use these. (Not underweight, just tiny his entire life.) I cut these (like other chicken jerky) into long strips so they are easier for him to fit into his mouth. These have been baked at least 5 min too long. They break and crumble. Useless even for my other 9 lb Papillon and 15 lb Havenese/Shih Tzu (Yes! She’s a HavaShitz) bc they crunch them so fast. Will not buy again. Cannot recommend.

These seem to be helping our old boy get around a little better. He is picky on his flavors, but he likes them he liked the meatballs better but we can't seem to find them. The value for the money is ok. Although they are sometimes too dry and he chokes on them a little if we don't break them down into smaller pieces. Here lately there have been a lot of broken pieces in the bottom of the bag.
