Had it for 7 months and is working perfectly. We are sure glad we purchased it and had it professionally installed. No issues there is a learning curve but once you get the hang of it great. Love the temperature feature lets you know what temperature you are stepping into

This panel made taking a shower so enjoyfull, is 1 of the panels that dont have a tub sput [since my tub is in the corner] and that has 2 jets, the heigth makes it where me, short person can just sit in a chair and shower with han held shower if i am in a rush. Husban is tall and the panel is high up so we dont need to mess with shower esxtension, the pressure is good jets are good, jets where position base on my heigth so 1 is in my waist, i recomend having glass doors since using the jets sends the water far.Panel has caulking so is firm and looks more custom. Rain shower head shoots straigh down so my upper shower walls dont get as much splashing keeps the watwr withing a perimeter opose to when we had the shower head extension; very happy.(may look a little thin but once is up is great)

So here's the deal, 3 stars for the installation because the wrong instructions were included with the panel. No big deal unless your installer doesnt look with both eyes all the way open and dry fit the thing. If they follow the instructions, they'll set up the unit at least 6 inches too low. For reference, I'm 5'2" and I thought it was too low. I had to moved up about 8 inches and it's dope.

The water stream that comes from the front of the unit isn't even half as strong as the stream of water that comes from the top. A bit dissapointing, but still a nice feature. And the handheld unit is great for pet bathing. We love that the unit can just be lifted of the wall connection at the end of the outdoor shower season and be stored inside for the winter. It even came with a soft fabric storage bag to keep it in. It looks very high end and we've received many compliments on it. I like the temperature readout so I can always get the temp I want and so we can ensure it's not too hot for kids and our new doggo.

According to the installation instruction, the bottom of the panel should be 20 inches from the floor. It is NOT true - because the top (shower head) appears at the breast level of a regular (5 ft 10 in.) person. The manufacturer should definitely keep a better eye at the adequacy of the product and the installation charts and instructions!I was running through hard times right in the middle of my remodeling, returning this panel and ordering another one, paying for faster shipping ($18).

This is such an awesome shower head, it has the body jets built in and they work perfect. The reason I didn't give it five stars on the installing is because I didn't install it, but mu contractor had a very hard time getting it installed.

Information provide is not correct (package dimension 52 but this is the size of the box) i don't need that info, unfortunately for me i thought that dimension was for the panel and the real dimension is 48". my old panel was 60" and the set up was different, other than that it for find for now. they should add the real dimension of the panel to avoid people get confuse.

For the price pretty good and if you get 2 or 3 years service (looks like a lot more) you'll be money ahead over the big names like Kohler. You can buy 8 of these to their one with better versatility.
