Jeez, wimps, man up!
For over a year, I've been turning the horse tranquilizer sized, one gram, pills into powder, mixing with almond milk, and gulping it down. No big deal. Yeah, if I stop and think deeply about the taste, it's rank, but so what? It's less than a second. No aftertaste, for me. If there was, I'd chew a stick of mint gum, no biggie.This powder is great. A quarter teaspoon gives you one gram of LA. Same routine as before, but no pounding the tablets, anymore. Excellent!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!UPDATE 9/21: OK, OK, I came to really hate the dead, rotting hamster taste of this stuff, I have to admit. I searched the internet, and found capsules that are not that large, 875 mg. Two go down, easily. This powder is now history. Gag a maggot taste will not be missed!

May cause elevated blood pressure
I have never taken this product before so to be on the safe side I only took a half dose as a start. Regular dose is 5 grams so I took 2.5 grams for my first dose. My blood pressure normally runs 125/75. One hour after taking the 2.5 grams my BP was 162/96!! It took 5 hours for it to get back to 126/70.

Helps Reduce Blood Pressure
I bought this to help reduce my blood pressure. I bought this, hibiscus tea bags, tocotrienols, and a potassium supplement. These combined with meat, eggs and green veggies with chopped turmeric root and fresh garlic, my blood pressure went from 160/110 to 132/82 in a week! Got my info watching Dr. Eric Berg and Dr. Ken Berry YouTube videos. Oh, no alcohol or sugar! P.S. This stuff tastes terrible, but I just put a scoop in 4oz of water, stir, and down it. Works for me..

Works, buts tastes disgusting
I would say that this gave me a boost of energy, but I’m fairly certain it caused some brain fog, which is weird because it’s supposed to do the opposite of that. The other thing is the taste! It is disgusting and horrible and I could barely get it down. I tried tart cherry juice and that kinda masked the flavor, but honestly the best thing that I found was to mix it with one of those liquid IV flavor packs in my water and that seemed to work the best. I’m giving four stars because I felt the energy boost, but the brain fog and taste are the reason I’m not buying again.

If your stomach is sensitive, don't take on an empty stomach.
I've read many reviews recommending to take this in the morning on an empty stomach. I've been taking this now for two months and wanted to be sure before posting a review. I tried it on an empty stomach and with food. I have to say that I get great workouts either way. But what it does do to me if I take it on an empty stomach is give me really bad runs. So if your stomach is sensitive I would try taking it right after a meal.
