Design House 561233 Dalton Bath Accessories, Paper Towel Holder, Honey Oak

It's just what I wanted.I only paid like $7.00 for it. Would I pay more than 10. No 10 and under is about the max it is worth. But for the price I got it, it's perfect.

We bought this for our cabin, hoping that it would mimic the one we have in our primary residence.. Instead of a bar that lifts out completely, this one has a bar that has to be threaded through the roll. It is much less convenient, but still effective.

I know this will last much longer then the cheap plastic ones so I bought it and I’m happy with it.

What is wrong with this product is the way that you put the paper towel roll into the holder. There's not enough space to place the roll in 1 side of it and slide it easily into the other side. My handyman had to adjust this (physically) in order to make it work.

It's not oak. It's pine stained in the color "honey oak". The pegs don't retract far enough to install a paper towel roll without distorting the roll. I have had a similar one in my kitchen for 20 years that really is oak, and the pegs fully retract, and cost a lot more. So at this price point, I had low expectations, but for the garage, I thought I'd take the risk. Still disappointed. I'll just remove the pegs, bore it out and stick a wood rod in it.

We have a very small kitchen so this has been most helpful for gaining some needed counterspace. However; I gave it 4 out of the 5 stars because the towel holders are small, spring loaded pegs that fit into each end of the roll instead of a dowel to hold the roll. My concern is how durable the springs may be, if replacing empty rolls frequently. The wood base is well made and looks good hanging on the wood cabinet.

I returned this because my hands aren't strong enough to insert a roll of paper towels into the holder. Not for a person with slightly arthritic hands.

lamentablemente no me di cuenta, pero no trae un palito para poder ponder el rollo de papel. no me gusto pues hay rollos más pequeños o los normales y queda muy exacto y si jalas la hoja el rollo se cae. mal porque debe de traer con que sostener el rollo de papel. caro y malo
