Some really good recipes
I really enjoy this cookbook. I've only not liked one of the recipes so far. Everything is pretty easy to make and tastes wonderful. My new go-to cookbook!

Recipes look easy but a few high carb meals. Will try a few more and I will update in the future.

Beautiful book!
This is a beautifully written book with nice photographs. We haven't tried the recipes yet, but look forward to experimenting soon. We wanted to add some new dishes to our diet and this book looks to have some good recipes and a variety of flavors.

Just what I was looking for
This book is practical and well-executed with full-page mouth-watering photographs. It contains simple and delicious looking recipes and includes dietary information for thoughtful cooking and eating. It's just the kind of non-daunting inspiration I need to cook healthy meals for my family.

not for every day cooking. i found that there are a lot of items needed for recipes that needed to be bought at specialty stores.

good book for people looking to lose weight and for people who are diabetic. It has a great variety of foods.

Amazing selection of recipes
Just bought this book having watched the BBC horizon programme on dieting.Amazing selection of recipes, all set out with the information clearly visible. Illustrations are gorgeous.i particularly like the prominence of the preparation and cooking times. Makes it so easy to plan what to eat when you have a busy life.

Great book
Really goof. Wife and I used 20 post-its each and we then looked at each others and ticked the ones we agreed on. We easily found 30 recipes to make and what a great way to change what we eat (I am Type 2 diabetic).

Excellent eating plan
Excellent eating plan! Have lost 8 lbs in 8 weeks, so easy to follow and recipes are easy to follow once you purchase the extra ingredients, tasty, never boring, highly recommended!!

Top marks
The only book I could find covering this specific subject and the recipes are extremely tasty, I hardly feel I am on a diet but I can see by the scales and lowering blood pressure that all is working well. Pity about potato chips, I do miss them!This is a super book.
