The container is a little bit big but fits into a backpack really well. It takes way long than 45 minutes to heat food. Wraps usually take about an hour and a half whereas rice and pasta takes up to two hours. It’s hard to clean as you cannot use water on it as it’s electric so you have to use wipes. It’s got a handle so it’s easy to carry and comes with a little spoon.

I have sent this product back. There is no tray to remove to wash and you can’t put the item in water because of the electrics, I therefore don’t see how it can be effectively cleaned. I will pay more and buy one with a metal tray that will be easier to clean.

This product was a disappointment only because it takes forever to get the food hot.Sitting in the cupboard not to be used again.

I like the product but find it takes at least 1 hour to get food just warm from room temperature.

Brilliant for hot lunch on cold days. I don't have a microwave at work and this is a brilliant little solution

I bought this for my husband to use in his car for lunches but it arrived with a 3 pin plug instead of the plug to go into the cigarette lighter in car. So very disappointed as he cannot use it while out working.
