It's a real pro's tool!
Running a shop for 10 years, I've burned through countless scanners, but the Autel MK908PRO II's J2534 programming actually made coding BMWs/Mercedes predictable. Last week, a 2023 BMW 3 Series' transmission module had even the dealership tool erroring out 3 times- this unit programmed it in one shot without Bluetooth dropout.The real kicker? Their support. When I struggled with a rare 2023 BMW 3 Series compatibility issue, their tech team remotely checked my unit's logs and provided a firmware patch within 24 hours. Much Needed To Start My Programming Journey
Being a diagnostic automotive tech. I saw where I had a major gap to fill with scan tools. I couldn't purchase the OE tools so I figure that I can invest in something close to the OE scan tool. I chose to go with one of the best aftermarket tools on the market. I believe the MK908 pro ii will fill this gap. I am excited to run with the big boys a bit. Autel scan tools have always been top notch so I don't expect nothing different from this tool. I was able to use it on a Nissan Hybrid and diesel vehicle. Was really impressed with the speed of the tool and the live data pids. The kick stand is a added plus

POOR DESIGN
IT DOES NOT HAVE ALL THE INFO FOR MECHANICS TO FIX THE CAR. THE SCREEN DOES NOT WORK VERY WELL ON SUNNY DAYS. IT HAS TO BE IN THE SHADE. THE DISPLAY IS TOO SMALLLL TO SEE THEM. AUTEL KEPT SAYING MORE INFO IS COMING SOON BUT IT A BIGGGGGGG LIED. THE INFO THAT THEY DONT HAVE IS ALARM SYSTEM, A/C .LIGHTS, DOOR R,WINDOW, SUNROOF, TRANMISSION,ENGINE AND ETC. THE TOOL IS A LITTLE BETTER THAN SNAP OFF,OTC.AND MATCO SCAN TOOL. ALSO IT DOES NOT COVER 1998 AND OLDER VEHICLES.

Great scanner for the money spent v
Iv been the owner operator of my shop for 10 years and have been through just about every brand scanner there is but the past 3 models of scanners iv owned have been Autel, u just can't beat the features of this unit for the money spent, yes it's not a US model but Iv yet to run across any issues. I don't use ADAS so that's a none issue for me. I will update this review if I have any problems.

Can program key fobs and control outputs very well.
Was looking for something that could program key fobs and control outputs this does that and much more it can also graph sensor signals and voltage helping the diagnostic procedure, was very easy to setup and register so far I am very happy with my purchase.
