Best nonstick pan
This is my favorite non stick pan. I had two in the past - a smaller square all-clad with handle, and a Williams Sonoma brand. And I have to say this is the best to date. One, it’s pretty thick so it won’t get warped. The handles do not get hot. The coating is excellent.I am careful with it not to scratch. But it’s big enough that I can make lots of pancakes or bacon for my family of 5.

Quality !
This is our second griddle after about 10 years of heavy use. It is with understanding that All-Clad is no longer manufacturing their small and large flat griddles. Get them while you can.

NOT induction compatible, but beautiful griddle
The specs state “smooth surface induction” compatible. This was not my experience.I believe the metal is not conductive, but more than that, the shape of the underside means that the outside grease channels are the only parts that would touch the surface.Also the specs say not oven compatible, this is also not accurate. It is oven compatible up to something like 450F

Excellent quality
Love this griddle. It covers two burners on our stove top and makes for easy cooking - pancakes are so easy, home fries are perfect, burgers, etc.Great value.
