These were originally recommended by my chiropractor years ago. To cleanse my liver and flush estrogen. Girl these changed my life. I take 5 3xs a day initially for a few months. Maintenance just 3 a day. If you bloat easy start low or what ur Dr ordered. Their is no taste it's a pill. Sometimes I do have after burb but it taste like broccoli. They smell like you would expect... veggies. The price is cheaper than I used to pay. The quality of standard process is top notch. Highly recommend buying.

Standard process is an excellent brand

Had liver problems a while back. I saw this on Amazon, and decided to give it a try. I'm glad that I did. Liver has never been better.
