I had back surgery in July and months later I am still limping and in physical therapy. Our school's athletic trainer suggested I get these inserts because I now wear flats all the time, since my fashion-self refuses to wear sneakers to work. I LOVE these gel pads! my feel are much more comfortable and my walk is much smoother. And I love that they wrap around my toe so they don't move around! I have used them without socks in my flats and with socks in my OTK and ankle boots. You cannot see the toe grip at all, even in lower cut flats. GREAT product and I am certain I will be ordering again! Many thanks!

These metatarsal pads are surprisingly light weight. They even fit well in open toe sandals without shifting and I do not even feel them under my feet. I wear these pads almost every day and clean them with soap and water in the evening. They air dry overnight and are ready to be worn the next day. Works well, especially the pair with the toe slip. It provides additional padding and non slip. I was comfortable in my high heels for hours. Without it, I could only wear those same heels for half the time.

You could use these! I assure you you could. I had a day with some long walks and I wanted to wear some cute shoes that don't really have a lot of support left in them. These pads were extremely easy to put on and do not budge even afet hours of walking, I loved how they cushioned the balls of my feet and that the mesh gave them some breathing space. I wish I had ones that fit well with more of my shoe styles!

Love this product!! The balls of my feet were giving me MAJOR drama which was frustrating bc I walk everywhere in Boston. Put these on and wore the same boots that originally exasperated the issue and felt a major difference - no pain at all! I was so thrilled and relieved. They have relieved my aches and pains and my feet feel much better. Overall this is a great product. I am highly satisfied beyond belief!

These caps are wonderful; oh my goodness, why did I wait so long to order these?? My toe is no longer callused, I've put cream on other fungus-infected toe and then placed cap over it; been doing this method for over a week now and that toe looks outstanding now. Very comfortable; don't even realize they are on; washes very well/air dry. Thank you for saving my toes! :)

Purchased these and delivery was within 24 hours. Having purchased these for myself and my daughter who have very sore feet during walking, after wearing them today I can say that my feet felt like they had been pampered and no pain at all today. Very simple to put into your shoes. You wont be disappointed with this buy as it really does make a difference.

Wearing them actually hurt worse the first 3 days, but then the pain started to improve. I've been wearing them a little more than 2 weeks now, and I can walk barefoot across my bedroom with minimal pain. This is huge for me because I had severe pain just standing barefoot before. So glad I found these cushions, just wish I had found them 6 months ago

I have had problems with the ball of my foot for some time, hard skin and pain on walking. I have tried several products before, but the usual pads move around during the day. The pads are fantastic, because of the way they are made, they stay in place throughout the day and are extremely comfortable. Will purchase more in the future. Very happy :)
