I seem to have made a mistake in my recent bad review of this product and delivery! Everything was great! Buying reconditioned items from Amazon, especially for utility items, is really worth considering. The only thing wrong with this purchase was the box had a slight rip in the opening part of the packaging?!?! Try it out, the savings are worth the slightly imperfections you get!

I bought this kit for a Shoei J-Cruise helmet. The speakers fit well and the sound quality is impressive, but the open face microphone sits so close to the mouth that it is both uncomfortable and intrusive. It is inflexible, so cannot be adjusted, and the shape of the section designed to affix to the helmet lining is not a good fit for the shape of the helmet, even when modified as per the fitting instructions. Unfortunately, the microphone connection is no longer a 2.5mm jack socket, but a micro 2 pin socket, so that the microphone cannot be swapped out for the conventional, flexible, boom microphone provided with the universal kit without cutting off the connector and soldering on a female 2.5mm connector (and thereby, presumably, voiding the warranty). The alternative button microphone supplied with this Pro kit is intended for full face helmets and is too large to fit behind the cheek pads, so is not suitable for the open face J-Cruise.For the time being, I have affixed the supplied rigid microphone so that little more than the tip protrudes from the helmet cheek pad. In this position the microphone lightly rests on the face just short of the mouth, but due to its curved shape and thickness produces a much larger gap between the cheek pad and the lining. Hopefully, if the new style of connector is eventually adopted for the universal headset kit, a conventional boom microphone equipped with it will become available with which to replace the new pro kit mic, or an adapter cable will be made available so that Interphone mics with the old style connector can be used with the new.

Acoplamiento perfecto para mi casco Shoei NXR. Sonido espectacular. Parte negativa, sin instrucciones de montaje, no se distingue derecho de izquierdo. Precio un poco elevado.

Montage sur le casque (NXR) en quelques minutes, s'adapte parfaitement dans les emplacements prévus.Le confort d'utilisation est optimum. Aucune gène au niveau des oreilles. J'ai monté le micro légèrement sur le coté de la bouche pour que mes lèvres ne viennent pas le toucher en parlant.Le son est clair et de bonne qualité.

Ottimo su Shoei Neotec2 si sente da dio e al confronto del kit base compreso nell interfono tour, questo non mi fa male alle orecchie. Lo consiglio! Son soldi ben spesi!

Se avete necessità di migliorare i driver audio originali, effettivamente questo kit è un bel upgrade.Peccato il costo, che reputo un pò alto.

Lo compré para una Shoei GT Air II pero no sirve solo es para GT AIR de primera generación. Hay un usuario que dice que lo ha acoplado. Vere si puedo hacerlo pero me parece que lo voy a devolver y pedir otro juego de los de serie. El sonido si que parece mejor probado al aire
