I wanted something unique in my powder room so I got this soap dispenser. I was nervous because there weren't any customer reviews, but it turns out, it was a good buy. It is sleek, modern, and working great so far. Perfect for vessel sinks. The only thing is that a little too much soap comes out per pump, but that is okay. I will update if problems are found after a few more uses.UPDATE: This thing broke in less than a week. It didnt want to work so I checked batteries, only to learn the soap was leaking into the battery compartment and let out an awful smell. I will be returning this.

Save your time and money. This item didn’t work straight out of the box and it is super cheap quality.The sensor activates and nothing comes out. They had one job and failed miserably.I tried thin hand soap and water. The pump runs and nothing comes out.

Loved this soap dispenser when I first got it. Looked stylish and I could put dawn dishwashing soap in. So no more silly bottle on my kitchen sink looking tacky. Fast forward to one month after having and it started having issues dispensing soap, I would put my hand under it 3 times just to get a squirt of soap, read up a little and noted you should use a pin to keep flowing most consistent. So I did and than replaced batteries too, than nothing it stoped working all together no sensor light or anything. I checked and rechecked batteries but still nothing. So it started out amazing, but ended with a broken soap dispenser. And now I’m back to the bottle on my sink, but at least it works.

The sensor went dead after a week. It’s not working at all. This is the second one that was sent to us after the first one had a leak in the battery area. Also when it worked it would dispense the soap even if your hand were close to dispenser but not underneath it so I had to leave bowl underneath to avoid the mess. We liked the look and the color though, but it wasn’t a good choice

It works great. You have to water down dish soap a little bit. That way it can get through the dispenser easily. I really like it and it looks good

Too expensive to be spotty. Motion detection is spotty. Blue power light is random. It’s very light weight and should be sturdier for the price — it tips over easily. And the refill and reset takes too long. A bit cheap looking.

I had no luck with this soap dispenser. The first one turned on but didn't suck any soap out into my hand. The motion sensor seemed good but something was off with the pump I think. I ended up getting a replacement and the second one didn't turn on at all and leaked from the bottom. Definitely a cheap plastic dispenser and poorly made. I won't waste my time again to try it for a third time.

So far so good. Happy with it, works Everytime. We use is for dish soap and it's the perfect amount.
