Such verity of plants gives our honey its unique multiflowered composition, which comprises of sage, sweet clover, thyme, safflower, sainfoin, clover, dandelion, goldenrod, kiprei, mint, oregano, edelweiss, dog rose, barberry, currant, mountain ash, juniper, rosehip, honeysuckle, blackberry, and barberry. At-Bashi is the gold medal winner of the Apimondia honey congress. Its main components include sainfoin, alfalfa and sweet clover. The combination of flowers coupled with unique weather conditions of the region At-Bashi, create the honey with very low water content (13-14%).
