Body Sport Exercise Ball

I love this ball. I use it for every aspect of my workout routine. I do squats, crunches, arm exercises, back stretches, leg lifts and even stretch out to stop the pain from my hernia. It's really strong and can handle a lot of pressure. I use it on the floor and on the wall. Since I have a lower back problem, it's very easy to use for my squats and it's easy on my back. I still get the full benefit of the usual squats but don't have the lower back pain that immobilizes me for days. I can rest my upper back on it on the floor and lift my hand weights too. Just don't do it in your slippers like I did one day. Even though the slippers were rubber soled, I slid across the floor and landed on my backside and hit my head. And just to injure my pride a bit more, I dropped one of my weights on my shoulder after hitting the floor! :)

The ball is nice. I've only been using it a couple days, as the pump that comes with it (which is one reason I bought this ball over others that didn't come with a pump) is a cheap little plastic thing that split once, and after I taped it, then broke apart completely. I had to rig up a bicycle pump. Long, tiring process. Buy this ball if you want, fine, but not because it come with a pump. That would be a disappointment.

Was looking for a a great ball. It is perfect for my mom who is 4' 11" it fits her perfect. Easy to blow up with air compressor, the foot pump included would have taken forever. Other than that love the ball and how they included the take measure.

After trying out a few models, which did not feel firm when fully inflated, I've enjoyed using this for pilates. The texture of the ball is not as sticky as other models, which I prefer, and it appears resilient after extensive bouncing. I rarely have to pump it back up. This is the best fitness ball I have purchased for in home pilates practice.

I use it to warm up and stretch my lower back pain.

I ordered a ZR65AB anti burst fitness ballThey give you a very handy tape to wrap around the ball so that you can know when the ball is properly inflatedI blew up the ball it is a lot smaller than 65cmI then looked at the box and instructions.No where did it say anti burst.The model number on the box is ZR65I am returning the ball to Amazon

These balls are so great. Firm and nubile, they really hold up well. I also ordered the larger xlarge ball since I am tall and both fit well to all the great physical demands of a tall man keeping in shape! Recommend this ball for great low low price.for whatever needs you may have of them.

The air thing does not push all the way in which is something of a hassle. Other wise its fine.
