This fun book display makes me smile. Everyone loves it! I’m surirused at the weight it can hold. I am considering another style with the 2 figures running away. They’re fun!

This was a great gift for my friend. He loved it and it looks great and whimsical.

I used the bookend to hold up books in my classroom. Students always comment, asking how it works, etc. A fun way holding up books, creative and a great conversation piece.

This was a gift for my son-in-law to put in his office as he is a super hero fan. He loved them! Only gave it four stars because they are a little flimsy. The rating features say lightweight, which in my opinion is not necessarily a good thing when it comes to book ends, so I am not sure why it is on there. Seems like sturdy would be a better feature for a book end, in which case I would give it 3 stars for sturdiness.

... But I'll admit when I'm wrong. I thought there was no way this would work to hold up more than a few paperbacks but I decided to give it a try.As you can see, it is holding up significantly more than a few paperbacks.The secret is that first book. Get a sturdy hard cover book and slide the top piece *inside* the book--the way the instructions tell you to do. After that, you can add paperbacks and other things 'til your heart is content. Just have something heavy or a wall on the other side.

I love the product, but it didn't work as planned as I was hoping to hold cooking books. The holder cannot hold a heavy weight of books.
