Victorinox Swiss Classic Come Apart Kitchen Shear, Packaged

I love these scissors. We’ve had an older style for several years. They are still very sharp. The new design allows you to take them apart which is extremely helpful after using them to cut raw chicken. They do not rust or dull easily.

Victorinox is an amazing brand. I originally got these shears as part of their box knife set, and I’ve used them for years. They’re still sharp and still cut great—but over time, the center connection wore out from repeated cleaning (you have to take them apart to wash). That’s really the only reason I replaced them. This new pair is just as excellent as the first. I trust this brand so much, I even bought the same set for my mom—and that should tell you everything you need to know. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. They’re worth it.

These cut through anything! Use to open food packaging, for cutting up food while cooking and cutting food into smaller pieces for my baby to eat. I've had these for 11 months now. Small amount of rust has appeared around screw but can probably remove with magic eraser. Rust is probably from when I've skipped handwashing and put in dishwasher instead. Would recommend handwashing to extend the life. One of the handles came off last week but I was able to slide back on and keep using. Will buy the same pair when I need to but for now they still work great!

Quality tool, and it comes apart ingeniously for easy sharpening. All scissors should be made like this. Can't go wrong with this name brand.
