I work the 12 hour night shift so warm hot soup is very important to me. Before I pour my soup into my thermo, I heat it up really hot. I leave my lunch and thermo in the work fridge from 7pm till 1-2 am (6-7 hours), depending on when I go to lunch, and the soup is still warm. I haven’t tried cold desserts with these thermos yet, so I don’t really know how long it will keep things cold. But for sure, I like the fact that I don’t need to warm up my soup and it’s ready to eat.Each thermo comes with it’s own spoon and the color pink is very cute. There is a warning on the bottom of the thermos that said, “do not microwave” and “hand wash only” so I never put my thermo in the dish washer. I hand wash my thermo and let it air dry or wipe it dry with a towel.

I read the reviews before making a decision on a hot/cold food thermos. There was one that stood out among the rest. Someone said it kept their food hot and cold for well over the stated 12 hour period. I just want to say I can say it's true! These worked very well. No leaking, my food was still steaming hot 6 hours after packing it. The cold fresh fruit I packed was still fresh, cold and delicious as well! You will not be disappointed by this purchase. It holds a lot of food and keeps ot cold or hot even packed right next to each other for many, MANY hours!! They are also cute and come with sport and spoon that fold up and store inside the lid. Very convenient!

I primarily use this to bring some homemade food to eat during work. I usually have my work break 2-4hrs in, and the food inside is always kept very hot for me. Especially the soup, I pour it in at home while the soup is freshly done, eat it 4hrs later and it feels just as hot as when I first poured it in.

Loved that this came in a pair and one was perfect for the kids lunch and one perfect for the adult lunch. Beautiful color and very versatile. Comes with its own spoon and I would definitely recommend these products and this seller.

I got them for lunch at work and to take hiking. They have been perfect for both. Can’t say enough how good they are. They hold heat rather well. It does help to prime them first with boiling water.
