Starting taking at bedtime to hopefully increase my quantity of deep sleep. Seems to be helping, based on sleep info from my Samsung Galaxy watch.

How do you really rate a supplement? Does it work? I don't really know. I think the Magnesium does something. Or at least i buy into "it's good for you." That said, of the manufacturers of magnesium I selected this twice now because of the claims of quality control in manufactruing. I was the most reassurance that what's in the capsule is magnesium and not other unintended contaminants.
