I am so happy that I purchased this
I don't understand the reviews that say this is a cheap plastic item. I was skeptical when I read the reviews but I went ahead and purchased this anyways because mine was shot. It arrived and I set up my snow thrower to change it out. Yes, it it plastic but guess what, so was the one I took off. The original was plastic as well. I am so happy that I purchased this.

scraper blade for MTD snowthrower
This arrived on time for the first big snow around Christmas. Installed easily and is working well as it is broken in. Had to work it a little harder since the sharp edge tends to dig into the concrete until it wears down alittle.
