I have really been enjoying these seeds to increase fillingness in the foods I'm eating. In an effort to create a weight that makes me feel better (and feel like I look better), I've started making small changes to my daily diet. Part of that is in trying not to eat until I'm stuffed. I want a plan that doesn't require dieting as a temporary measure but instead changes my eating habits to healthy habits for life. Now that I've noticed how much more filling foods are by adding seeds and nuts, it has become one of the more pleasant changes in my dietary lineup, For this seed mix, I started by using it as a salad topping, and today I threw a handful into my hot oatmeal. The balance to the mix creates a nice flavor and crunch, and now I'm looking for more things to which I can add the mix. Because it's made in the USA, I'm happy to support the company and plan to shop for more products from their Amazon selection.

Great assortment and delicious

Love this product I use it in bread making, oatmeal, pancakes, cookies, a topping for salads, ice cream and whatever else I can think of. I mix up peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, dark chocolate cocoa, add this mixture then eat it on apple slices as a dip. I will buy this product again. Awesome product. Healthy also.

I just bit into another first slice of homemade bread to which I added these seeds. Oh my goodness! They add so much texture and nutrition to my whole wheat no-knead bread. I don't make any alterations to my bread recipe. I simply add them in with the flour. Today I made a big loaf of bread with ~1/3 cup of the seeds. Delicious! (Maybe I'll add 1/2 cup for my next loaf!)

I really liked this seed mix. I put it on everything from salads to oatmeal. Sometimes, I eat it plain just as a snack. I was concerned that it would stale, but it was very fresh! Tastes great, too. As you can see from the pic, all raw, non-GMO, ingredients. I have severe food allergies and had no reaction to this. Great protein source for plant based diets, as well. Will definitely buy it again.

I love this mix of raw seeds. I like to add these seeds to many dishes, such as, with vegetables, or rice, or eggs, even into my cup of yogurt. I purchased this product back on April 3, the 2-pound bag, and I pretty much use it everyday. Well I still have half a bag left, now June 14. I keep mine in the refrigerator. I can't wait to come back and try a new, different product from this line. Thank you!.......Update, now August 5, and I have reached the bottom of my seed pouch. The last time I used it, yesterday, still fresh, I toasted these in olive oil, then added my Chinese takeout leftovers, steamed rice and pineapple duck. Love this seed mix, it completes a dish! Ordered the 5 seed mix - so so good! My 11 year old daughter eats it plain right out of the bag. She says it tastes like nature! I've used it on yogurt, but primarily in making homemade bread. Great fresh flavors, and makes a yummy nutty textured bread with only a couple of tablespoons. I store it in the fridge to make sure it stays fresh. Shipping was fast too!

this product is really good !!! tasty ! and just the right proportion of seeds etc. have already used it in cereal and mixed with yogurt. can't wait to use it in my next loaf of bread. will buy this product again !!!!
