appears to be good qualty, made well, works well
January 2022 - I have not yet used it, but it looks like it will work well. The shank is 1/2 inch, so that limits what routers you can use them with. The shanks is nicely ground. The head is well ground, symmetrical and feels sharp. No dings on the head.UPDATE March 2022 - I've used this for a couple projects now. It cuts hardwoods just fine, and seems to be holding up and staying sharp. I'm only doing maybe 0.025" cut per pass, though, so I'm not working it hard. These are perfect for use on my mill for cutting barrel channels from stocks. The mill doesn't spin them nearly as fast as a router would, but it's working well for me. The cuts are perfectly smooth.I also seem to have lucked out on the size, as I ordered a 9/16" radius, 1-1/8" diameter tool, and this seller no longer lists that size, nor does any other seller.UPDATE April 2022: I came back and bought the 5/8" radius, 1-1/4" diameter tool. I've used it on one project. Like my first one, the head appears to be a nice smooth half round shape with no nicks or imperfections. The edges are sharp, and it leaves a smooth cut. I'm happy with it.

Impressive performance for the price
I used this 9/16" radius (1-1/8" diameter) router bit to rough out the edge radii on the bottom edge of a large fireplace mantle made from Eastern White Pine. The final radius was 5/8", and I had an expensive European-made professional grade 1-1/4" bit to do the finish cuts. The radii were cut full width to a depth of 3/4", with the excess wood on the outsides of the routed steps sawn off after the radii were done. This bit probably 98% of the material removal, in decreasing 1/4" to 1/16" steps, leaving only about 1/32" of material on the bottom and the mantel-side of the radii to be removed by the European-made 1-5/8" bit. When I was done this bit was still sharp, and the (new) expensive bit was chipped on one flute. Impressive.

Cut through oak like butter
Nice and sharp, worked great for cutting finger grooves in the edges of an end grain oak cutting board I built. I was worried about burning since oak is really hard but it made a nice clean cut.

Great value
I had very low expectations for this bit, however it meet all the exception I have for bits costing 3-4 times as much. I need to add a drip tray to my cutting board and was hoping this bit would make it through a one time use. It cut smooth and produces clean channel in the board. I will be buying more bits from Tideway.

Clean smooth cuts
I am using the bit in my compound fretboard radiusing jig that I made. The bit leaves very slight need for sanding . It cuts very smoothly. I only take off about 1/16 of an inch at a time and then move the fretboard over about 3/16 of an inch for the next pass. I am very please with how it cuts.

Really sharp and really solid!
Needed this specific size for a project and this was absolutely perfect for the job! It was very solid and very sharp, making a perfect cut. For the money, I wasn't expecting something this good - figuring that if it lasts just long enough for this project, it's not a lot of money lost. But, this bit will last much longer and for the money, you cannot go wrong! I'm very happy!

satisfied
wasn't expecting much out of this bit for the price but only needed for one project so thought I would take a chance. Performed near flawlessly. Nice clean cuts in oak and mahogany. no burning, near perfect wood chips and worked as well on my last cut as the first. for this size of a bit I couldn't have asked for more

Works fine, longevity unknown...
Very sharp, I have been using it to "cup" ends of wood baseball bats.

Well made bit.
I used this bit hard by cutting a 1 inch deep mortis down the centre of two 12 foot two by fours. They were moulding to cover a 3/4 inch air line. It worked and held up well and was as sharp when I finished as when I started. I would buy it again.

Decent quality and sharp
The bit looked to be of decent quality, and made a nice sharp finish when used in a cnc router. I did some deep cuts and it held together well. Best if you do a finishing pass with any deep cut.

Good value for the money
Arrived promptly, were as indicated . While they are not top quality they did the job for my model without any trouble, cutting cleanly. As I only used them for a small amount of work I am unable to know how long they will stand up to commercial use. But seem to be good value for the money.

Surprisingly well made and sharp for the price!
This cheaply priced router bit shocked me on how smooth it cut the ball pockets and pocket groove around the perimeter of my game board project, I own a $100 Freud bit that is not any better than this one!
