Helpful for minor leakage, however doesn't withhold gushes
I purchased this brand for my mom who is in skilled living. She is on a water pill so when she has to "go" she HAS to go. Usually without warning. These Tena brand have been helpful however I'm not sure there is any brand that will prevent leakage when it's urgent. Cheaper than Depends and comes in bigger sizes as well.

Instructions
Product is great. Driver needs to learn how to read and follow instructions. Product was left outside on the side walk. There is a sign stating to please leave inside porch.

Great product
We were introduced to this product at a rehab facility. It worked so much better than what we had been using. Very absorbent which makes for more comfortable nights. Also does not cut tightly into the legs as the previous product did.

Good for certain situations, but not for me
If you are intending to use these for a bed bound individual and changing them while flat, you'll probably have better luck than I did. I have to use this type of product temporarily due to a medical condition and have become very frustrated having to basically undress from the waist down in a shared restroom at work to change the pull-up style. I thought I would give this style a try to avoid the contortions of the pull-up quick change in our none too clean work restroom. First, the crotch on this style is much wider than the same size and brand of the pull-ups. I'm the only one who knows I'm wearing the pull-ups - I do wear looser fitting clothes and long shirts, but you really can't tell I'm wearing the pull-ups. It is very evident that I'm wearing the side tab style. Second, no matter how much you adjust them, they do not feel secure. They shift and roll. They gap. The tabs come undone. I had to wear my regular underwear over them just to keep them somewhat in place during my one outing in public wearing them which makes them even warmer to wear than they already are. Plus, they really aren't that much easier to change in a restroom because you are wrestling with tabs and struggling to position the extra wide crotch. Unfortunately, I ordered a large box of these. I'm going to try and wear them only at night and am going to order the pull-up style on Ebay (better price on EBay). Also, and most concerning, due to gaping and shifting I do not feel secure that these won't leak.
