Selenium, a needed supplement
Wanted to get some selenium for thyroid. I can't tell any difference yet, but it is a needed supplement, and I am sure I do not get enough in my diet with foods that are depleted of most nutrients. Each tablet contains 200 mcg, which equals 286% of the daily requirement. The tablet is a light tan color and is about 3/8" diameter.
