MediChoice Foam Slotted Cradle Head Positioner, Disposable, Single Use, Purple, 1314P40404 (Each of 1)

Please explain why a new unused product has Betadine solution on the corners. The odor is unmistakable. This is not clean product. Smells of a disenfectant. A bit disgusting to send a used dirty pillow to use after my surgery.
