I've been using this product a little over 2 weeks. I only take two tablets in the morning and wait at least 30 minutes before eating. I believe it's working because I don't feel hungry all the time. When I feel hungry, I only want to eat light foods like fruit, salad or soup. I haven't tried to take the tablets in the afternoon because a few times I missed dinner without realizing it. I also feel thirsty all the time. I have been drinking a lot of water. I felt the pills working the first day. This is how I typically eat: morning 28 ounces or more of water and 2 of caralluma tablets; at least 30 minutes later(about 7am) eat a piece of fruit, take a multivitamin and spoon of cod liver oil, I am full until noon. Around noon or 1pm, I've been eating light soup ( broth with a few noodles or vegetables) the creamy soups are to heavy and a large soup is too much or a salad, without heavy meat and eggs. At dinner, I love cabbage or greens. Cabbage is cooked with a few pieces of bacon, adding carrots or anything else makes it too heavy. Water throughout the day and at least one glass before going to bed. If I have a taste for ice cream or cake, 1 or 2 spoons is enough. If I have a taste for chips, I eat few. I can no longer tolerate salty chips. Don't have a taste for cookies anymore as they seem to taste extremely too sweet.

Had the opposite effect on me - made me insatiably hungry. However despite being past the 30 day refund time with Amazon directly, Aldom Fitness did stand by their product and issued me a full refund because it didn't work for me. Love that.

I've tried a lot of appetite suppressants that didn't work. This one works. I take it as suggested but I take it mid morning, I'm not a big breakfast eater so I just have my toast and coffee and then take this a few hours later and I don't get hungry for the rest of the day but will eat a small snack mid afternoon and a light dinner and it fills me up. No hunger pangs.

I absolutely loveeeee this product it does exactly what it claims ive lost 3 dress sizes in the last 3 months and it really works suppressing my appetite.

I started taking this product and I can honestly say that I do get a real full feeling and I find that I am snacking less. I can't say that my eneger level has increased that much.I will stay on this for at least 3 months to see if I will lose any more wight.
