This company stands behind their products. The lifetime warranty is a reason in itself to buy but the case protects well and gives you a charge to last all day long.The only thing I would change is instead of a micro usb carging port switch to a lightning charge port. The only reason I have had to use the warranty is because the micro usb breaks over time but the lightning port would seem to last forever.

I really enjoy this case. Having a reliable power source for my iPhone 6 is important; I use the phone a lot.The headphone extender and USB cables are of excellent quality.Unfortunately, I dropped the phone a number of times and the case took the brunt of it (which is part of why I use it, to protect the phone). One day, when it dropped, the housing around the charging port broke off the case. While I could still charge the case, the case no longer charged the phone. I contacted Trianium regarding the lifetime warranty. They gave me an RMA number, asked that I return the case and they would send me a new one. They did exactly what they promised. I appreciate their great customer service and product.

So I ordered this for my wife right before Xmas and it literally saved her life. Her phone was running low as she was on her way home from work and her car died on the highway. She turned this bad boy on and Bam! Instant battery charger. Unfortunately, the next day the micro usb port died. I contacted the support email included in the package and was helped within 24hrs! They offered me some help and ultimately sent me a brand new unit with no questions asked. That's how to gain consumer trust the right way! I will be back!

Look no further for your battery backup/power management needs! This device fits well, allowing access to all of the external ports of the phone. The device looks great and keeps the power on for a full 24 hours or more in some cases.Customer service is awesome! The device is covered under a lifetime warranty. We need a replacement due to wear and tear; the device was mailed the same day after product verification. They even sent a second replacement when I supplied the wrong zip code. Wonder product. Excellent service. I am throughly pleased. Note: This is not a paid review.

After battling with this for the last 6 months, I'm done. The edge cover plate NEVER stays on tight! Finally I had the phone in my pocket, it slipped out of my pocket, came apart, and ended up shattering the phone screen! I even have a glass screen cover on my phone, but because the cover wasn't tight on the phone it separated and the screen is cracked. I love the battery feature and it worked great when the phone case stayed together. PRODUCT SUGGESTION FOR FUTURE: MAKE THE EDGES AND CASE SOFT RUBBER!

I wanted to like my charging case more than I did. For starters, I use it as a case so my phone is in it all the time. The first negative I noticed is when you take a picture requiring flash, the hollowed out area for the camera reflects in such a way that it creates a weird ghostly shadow in your pic. You basically need to take it out of the case to prevent this. The second negative (and worst) is that when you drop your phone (and you will), the face plate pops off and the glass shatters. Its happened twice! If the face stayed on when dropped it probably wouldn't break. Other than that, it does provide a long lasting charge.

It's Okay. I do wish it held together a bit better. With even a minor fall of perhaps 10 inches, it often breaks apart. Not that it isn't hard to put back together. It is nice that you can charge both your iPhone and your case simultaneously with the white USB micro charger that ships with it. However I found it interesting/confusing that attached to the cable is a bright orange tag with the warning "Use only official Trianium charging cable. Do not use after market cables. Low quality cables may cause charging errors." So, I looked at Amazon's site and I looked at Tianium's website. There is no "official" Trianium cable for sale anywhere. Maybe no one else ever has a cable that gets lost or dies, but it happens to me regularly. So I wrote Trianium product support. They sent out a form letter from "Ultraproof"-an authorized seller. The only somewhat close statement they made was that the iPhone might produce a notice that "This accessory does not support" if you use an aftermarket wall charger (nothing about micro USB cable) or unstable laptop USB outputs. "To correct this problem, use an original apple wall charger to charge the case." Again nothing about the ominous warning on their orange cable. See photo. Wrote a second letter to Trianium, but so far no response. Hope I never loose my Official Trianium Cable!!!!

The case is pretty durable and charges the phone and itself fine...when the port is working. The only thing that I didn't like about this case was that the micro usb port was not sturdy and it eventually did not keep a good connection. You'd think the phone was charging when plugged in and it wasn't. I did return the case it to Trianium and they replaced it for me.
