Vegetable Blend, Dried-2Lb-Dehydrated Soup Vegetables

I use this in many dishes but for me the best is in soup. It gives it that extra flavor and texture. Been using and ordering this for years and will continue to do so. It is convenient and has a long shelf life and comes in handy when you don't happen to have those fresh veggies on hand.

I use these in 90% of my cooking. They're easy to use, delicious & very versatile. I just added some to jarred spaghetti sauce to improve the flavor. Sometimes I re-hydrate them first & sometimes I use them to absorb excess liquid or broth.Lots of peppers & carrots so I don't have to clean & dice fresh veggies.This was my 3rd order.

I'm finding these very handy and useful for soups and similar cooked dishes, although it would be nice to know exactly which vegetables are in each bag (they seem to vary and are not listed, and there are no macros/nutritional listings, either). Just wish they were a little less pricey....

I love these dried veggies! I could smell the awesomeness even before I opened the bag. They are awesome in soups and stews! I love just fixing some broth or Chicken Noodle Cup-0-Soup and throwing a little handful of these veggies in, and voila! After just a few minutes I have cup of veggie soup! I just wish it had peas in it!!! One reviewer said it did, but it does not. It's still wonderful and nutritious! I bought three bags to add some to our survival food stash.

I cannot find these in store, and I need a lot for my Christmas jar soup gifts. I also use this for cooking. The taste & quality is wonderful, and colorful in jar soups. I have se vegetable flakes many times, and never disappointed.

Said it already, small fine vegetables to add to anything you want. With pre-hydration. Save money and waste with fresh vegetables and pantry space, suggest you get better container for storage.

I put these in rice pilaf. I can add vegetables with ease and they add a very good flavor.

This vegetable mix is really good and preserves vegetable flavors really well. In my personal view it works best in recipes other than soups because I prefer larger chunks of veggies in soups and stews but I find this dried mix to be good in many other recipes and it works well as a supplement to fresh veggies in stews. I like to have dried vegetables and herbs on hand in case I can't get to a store (or just don't want to).
