This diffuser lasts forever! I have several other diffusers in my house, all with fairly small reservoirs that only last for about an hour. I can set this one before I go to bed with eucalyptus oil and it will diffuse all night and into the next morning. Great for cold and flu season. Being able to use Alexa to control the diffuser is a nice option. I can voice to Alexa to turn it off and on without having to get up. It's nice at night when I am ready to go to bed, but don't want to get up to turn it off or in the morning when my husband makes coffee and I don't want to smell it. The light is very bright, the whole unit lights up and could easily be used as a nightlight. It's a very nice diffuser, my favorite one I own so far.

I was surprised how much air this diffuser emits. You can use it simply by pressing the touch button or by connecting it to your phone application. Its very easy to do. Once its connected you can change the color and power level of the diffuser. It works great.

This pretty much works as described. You can turn it off and on with Alexa. You can turn off and on the light with Alexa. You can turn off and on the mist with Alexa. You can set the mist to 50%, 80% or 100% with Alexa. You can change the color of the light with Alexa. But, one feature that is not working with Alexa, is the ability to control the brightness of the light. For that, I have to go into the app. Also, when I first tried registering the app, I never received an e-mail to confirm the registration. So, then I registered with another e-mail and used an upper case letter and special symbol and numbers in my password. After do that, I got the confirmation e-mail right away.

Love this item and so did my son so much he pinched it for his own use!!! The lights are really relaxing and it diffuses at an acceptable level. The only minor thing to note is sometimes it can leave a little water vapour on the surface so may need to be put on a mat. It can connect to an Alexa although we have not tried that function.

From what I have been told, this is awesome! (Bought as a gift) the changing lights and different scents apparently are what make it so cool. I will have to take their word for it as I have never used it, but I guess that review says it all.

Overall the product does work as a diffuser. But if you went looking for one to integrate with Alexa you should look elsewhere. This diffuser requires enabling an Alexa skill. This skill requires account linking to your Ye Home account. Here’s the catch: you can’t create this account! After downloading the app I have attempted to register an account several times over several days. I never receive the confirmation/registration email they claim I should, and the only thing the app will do is display an empty grey box everytime I try to register or login. So the smart functionality here is completely useless! I know I am not alone in this problem. Don’t waste your time or money with this one.

The app that supposedly controls this thing does not work at all. The very first step towards setting it up (after you download the Ye Home app) is to register an account, but I just get a gray box that pops up on the screen and then else nothing happens. There's no actual error message, but I'm assuming that's what it is trying to communicate since I have not received an email to verify the account so I can continue with the set up. I checked my spam folder and have tried everything I can think of with no luck. I'm seeing another review that's having the same exact issue so I feel a little better knowing it's not just me.tldr: Don't waste your money on this "smart" diffuser. With no functioning app, all you can do is turn it off and on. There's no way to control the color, brightness, mist, timer, etc.

This diffuser looks nice, but because I have been unable to create an account with the application, I have not been able to use it with Alexa. Since this was the primary reason I purchased the product, I will likely be returning it. I reached out to customer service and will update here if I get a response. It's a shame because it looks like a great product for those who've been able to get it to work.When I try to register for an account, all I get is a grey box that appears at the bottom and no confirmation email is sent. I'm using an iPhone X.Update: Customer service responded. They're offering to refund me the product and allow me to keep it. They're currently updating the application and it will take around 20 days to complete. I'm upping the review to 4 stars because the diffuser works fine and looks great, and I thought the quick response and generous offer showed excellent customer service. I'll try again with the app in 3 weeks.
