Gritty
My experience is that the solution is truly therapeutic, but this gel is quite gritty and is not tolerable, I had to wash out and still remained in my eyes and was quite irritating.

Tge bottle was only 2/3rds full as it leaked in the envelope

I'm using this product to clean my eyelids because I get styes. I've only had the product for a few days so I do not have any positive or negative outcomes yet and that is why I only gave three stars.

The gel is thicker and moistens the gauze better than the liquid.
