Every cookie was broken
Great cookie but it is a shame that every cookie was broken and in pieces. Of course I can’t return and can’t use them what I purchased them for. Need to package them better when sending them.

The cookies arrived in powder form. Completely broken. Impossible to have an enjoyable experience eating pieces and powder of cookie. Very disappointed with the way this sensitive item was handled. And it’s a non returnable item. So now I’m stuck with it
