On the plus side, this stuff works great. It really cleaned me out after using it for only one day (5 servings/day). The downside is the taste - I would describe it as medicinal mud. I has a muddy taste but still has that medicinal taste in the background. Also, you have to shake/stir it vigorously to get it to dissolve so it creates a lot of foam. This makes it more difficult to drink and prolongs the muddy taste in your mouth. Overall I would still recommend it because let's face it, you're not buying a colon cleanser for the taste.

This stuff will clean you out from things that have been stuck in your intestines for years!! Be careful not to take it without Formula #1 because it could constipate you. This formula scrapes the inner walls of your colon removing the hardened layers that have made your stomach bigger. It is amazing when you feel it working inside you. And when it comes out you feel lighter and happier as well as usually notice the difference within days depending on how you use it. Also use caution about how and when you take this. First make certain you take it with food because otherwise it will give you a horrible tummy ache. It is a good idea to take it on a night when you do not have to work or be anywhere the next day so you can see how your body responds. It might make you poop several times which is what you want in order to get all that toxic waste out of your body.

I am a big fan or Dr. Schulze's products but I have to come out and explain why I give this product a 1 starAside from the horrible taste and the unreasonable frequently for taking it (5 times a day in powder, and 50 pills a day in the pill form) this product has given me the worst constipation I've ever experienced. I have been taking Schulze's#1 for a couple of weeks before taking this #2, but my bowel movement suddenly stopped after the 2nd or 3rd day of taking this #2 formula. Ive stopped taking it 3 or 4 days ago and I still can't go. Formula #1 doesn't work anymore against the damage this #2 caused. I drink plenty of fluids and have had pounds of prunes to allow me to go, still nothing.Now let's talk about effectiveness, guys you'll poop the color of what you eat. The black you see come out is from all the charcoal in this formula. Not cleaning your guts like some say.Summary: no hate on Mr. Schulze's. But it doesn't work FOR ME. in fact, It made things so much worse

Very effective. Much easier than other cleanses I have tried. The great thing is that if you so choose you can use it without fasting or overly altering you diet. Although it is more effective if you do. Taste isn't bad so it isn't hard to swallow. Only complaint is in how to portion it out. You need to put alot in. Did what I thought was a heaping tablespoon in each time and had plenty left over when I was done.

Finally, the scale budged and I give all the credit to Intestinal Formula #2. Even though I had been eating healthily and trying to keep portion sizes in control I continued to see no weight loss. Within 2 days on IF#2 I saw weight loss. I'm at a week on it now and have lost 4 pounds. Even more surprising to me though, is the reduction in hunger pangs. I feel like this high fiber supplement is finally feeding my lower gut good bacteria and they have stopped screaming for food. Thanks Dr. Schulze.

I love this product, I’ve been using it for years. It works great. But I noticed the serving size is misleading. The suggested serving size is a rounded teaspoon. When I weigh out the 0.3 ounces, it’s well over a teaspoon closer to 2 teaspoons. I wish Amazon sold this product in the individual packets (available on herbdoc website) but they only have it in the jar. So I weigh it out myself and put it in small ziplock bags. The total weight including the ziplock bag is 0.4 ounces. It’s well worth the trouble, I firmly believe this is the best quality binder product money can buy.Update: the Herbdoc website no longer sells this product in the individual packets

I know this works well but 5 times a day seems like a lot for a powder. I think this should only be offered in pill form. You are not suppose to eat with it so how are you suppose to take this 5 times a day around meals? You would basically have to fast.Also dont try to dry scoop this stuff (swallow I dry). It will thicken up in the back of your throat and makes it hard to go down....then you get indigestion. Learned that the hard way.So basically I like the stuff.....but powder form is not for me.
